CAP Update Report June 2023

The GDT approached South of Scotland Community Housing (SOSCH) in 2021 to discuss the undertaking of a Housing Needs and Demands Assessment (HNDA) for the Trust to understand more about the current and future housing needs of its residents within the area covered by the GDT.
