Establishing Nature Networks in the Glenkens
This Feasibility Study lays the groundwork for a landscape-scale programme of interventions in the Glenkens aimed at linking existing areas of high ecological value through the creation of new habitats and the ecological enhancement of current land uses.
GCAT Annual Report 2024
2024 was another excellent year for delivery by GCAT, albeit in an extremely challenging external context. We are cemented as a key anchor organisation for the area, with a vision of making the Glenkens an excellent place to live for people of all ages.
GCAT AGM 2024
Glenkens Community & Arts Trust (GCAT) held their 2024 AGM on 29th January. After the business meeting, Helen Keron (GCAT Executive Manager) gave a five year Strategy Update for 2023-2028, including Artistic Vision and delivery of the Glenkens and District Community Action Plan (CAP).
