World Day of Prayer
This year the World Day of Prayer service will be hosted by St Margaret's New Galloway, on Friday 1 March at 2pm. Those taking part will be drawn from all the churches in the Glenkens and the service is open to everyone.
Glenkens Cubs and Scouts

Kells had a busy festive period, Christmas concert, singing carols for LING lunches as well as doing Christmas crafts, learning about the story of Christmas and writing poetry around the subject!
Field Trip
They always say Ritual Purposes when they haven’t a clue. Anyway we know that right through the Modern Period they kept symbols of time worship on all their major edifices. The reconstruction - look, here it is - suggests it was a tower with four Time Circles, one facing each cardinal point.. Plus the cast-iron bells. And that time capsule thing - bit like burying your ancestors under the hearthstone I suppose.
