We’re inviting everyone in Balmaclellan to come along and share ideas for our Local Place Plan, which will guide our village’s development for the next 10 years.

Crossmichael & District Community Council has been asked to submit a Local Place Plan to Dumfries & Galloway Council. This is for inclusion in the next Local Development Plan which the council is currently working on.

Having completed initial community engagement the Carsphairn Community Council LPP team are developing the draft plan with support from GCAT and UK Shared Prosperity Fund Local Place Plan Grant Fund from Dumfries and Galloway Council.

In New Galloway and Kells Parish, we have started work on our Local Place Plan, the opportunity for everyone in the parish to have their say on what they would like to see happen here. Everyone’s voice is important and everyone can voice their opinion.

The Dalry Local Place Plan has been drawn up on behalf of Dalry Community Council, and aims to articulate the community's wishes for future development of the settlement and wider area, including the retention and improvement of existing facilities, housing and services, and views on land use. Closing date: 30th September.
