As we continue to grow, we are now seeking to strengthen our Construction Bid team with an Assistant Bid Coordinator at our Head Office at St John's Town of Dalry, Castle Douglas.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

To assist with the preparation and coordination of tenders, new business proposals and contracts, within the Construction Department. The role works closely with the Construction Management, Geotechnical, Design and Advisory, and Renewable Heat teams within the department, as well as the wider Natural Power business, to support the generation and conversion of new business opportunities. The candidate will work closely with the Bid Manager and Senior Bid Coordinator to support the bid process as required. The candidate will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of procedural and commercial aspects of tendering and ensuring consistent QA for Natural Power pre-qualifications and tenders.
