South of Scotland Enterprise have published a new study identifying the vast potential opportunities available from onshore wind through community benefits for the communities of the South of Scotland.

Alongside their partners Dumfries & Galloway and Scottish Borders councils, SOSE are now looking at how best they can work with and support communities through their existing work in the region.

It is hoped this will help to ensure communities are able to maximise their opportunities arising from community benefit and future shared ownership.
