Suzy Rook
Former international rugby player, Suzy Rook is one of the co-founders of the Swim Queens outdoor swimming group.
We spoke to Suzy while she was training for the Arctic Swim challenge taking place at the North Pole in June 2026. Suzy’s challenge will raise money for Butterfly Thyroid Cancer and the Back Onside mental health charity.
