Megan Bennington
Megan Bennington from New Galloway has helped to create a fantastic thriving community of young gymnasts at her gym, Gymtastic in Castle Douglas.
The gym has been based in a old church for 8 years and is also the home of the Stewartry Gymnastics Club where Megan is head coach.
“I can’t imagine myself living anywhere else other than New Galloway now. It’s such a beautiful part of the region and we’ve got the best of everything in this region. We’ve got hills, we’ve got the sea.
We’re not far from the cities if you do want to venture to Glasgow, Edinburgh, things like that.”
