Lothlorien Support Coordinator

Lothlorien Therapeutic Community (near Corsock, Dumfries & Galloway) is looking for a Support Coordinator to join our team.

Set in 17 acres of beautiful woodland, gardens and meadows, Lothlorien has over 40 years’ experience supporting people with mental health challenges through community living and nature-based activities.

About the role

You’ll be part of our Core Group staff, supporting residents to make the most of their time here. This includes:

  • Taking part in community life (meetings, work periods, therapeutic sessions)

  • Building supportive, trusting relationships

  • Helping create a safe space for recovery, confidence, and growth

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience supporting adults with mental health challenges

  • Is interested in therapeutic gardening / nature-based approaches

  • Works well as part of a close-knit team

Details:

  • Full-time (5 days) – 4 days may be considered

  • On-call rota (approx. 1 week in 4, paid separately)

  • Must be within 1 hour travel of site when on call
