Sessional Support Worker

Lothlorien Community is looking for a Sessional Support Worker to join our Core Group staff team. This is a rewarding opportunity to support residents to make the most of their time at Lothlorien, taking part in all aspects of community life – from community meetings and work periods to therapeutic sessions.

By building trusting relationships, you’ll help create a safe, supportive environment where residents can develop confidence, self-esteem and the skills they need to move forward in their recovery.

We’re especially keen to hear from you if you: have experience working with adults facing mental health challenges; have an interest in therapeutic gardening; an offer flexible availability between 9:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
