Loch Ken Trust are seeking an inspirational individual with good leadership, active listening and problem-solving skills, to coordinate our growing Ranger Volunteer Scheme.

Headline duties will be:

• Engage with current volunteers

• Promote the Ranger Volunteer Programme

• Recruit new volunteers- achieving specific targets set for 2025-2027

• Create personal development plans for each volunteer and review every two months

• Organise a programme of ranger volunteer activity Support and encourage recruited volunteers to achieve their goals

• Organise ongoing training and development opportunities.

• Manage volunteers, enhance their experience, and contribute significantly to the Loch Ken Trust’s mission and community impact.

• Maintaining accurate records of volunteering hours, roles and performance.
