Hospitality and Events Manager - Barwhillanty Estate - Parton, Castle, Douglas.

Situated in the beautiful Galloway hills of Kirkcudbrightshire in South West Scotland, Barwhillanty Estate is home to Oscar and Maria Yerburgh and their family. In addition to farming, forestry and traditional sporting, the Estate have diversified into holiday accommodation, events and retreats.

The role of Hospitality and Events Manager has been developed to oversee the estate’s holiday accommodation and events.

Historically the Estate hosted a small number of weddings, events and retreats. We are now expanding this business in our walled garden pavilion, a purpose built events space opening in May.

The role will initially be 20 hours a week, with the opportunity for additional hours as the events business develops. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward thinking, progressive estate that are committed to quality, sustainability and community enhancement.
