GAC Admin Assistant

We’re looking for an Admin Assistant to join our team!

This is not your average office job. One minute you’ll be answering customer enquiries, the next you’ll be helping organise activities, sorting bookings or making sure instructors know where they’re supposed to be.

We’re looking for someone friendly, organised and happy working in a fast-paced environment. No experience is needed, just good people skills, common sense and willingness to learn.

The role includes:

  • Customer enquiries & bookings

  • Emails and phone calls

  • Payments and admin tasks

  • Supporting the activity team

  • General day-to-day organisation

Full-time role including some weekends and evenings. Due to our rural location, transport is helpful.
