GGLP Legacy Fund Round 3

The final round of Galloway Glens Landscape Partnership Legacy Funding is now open for applications.

The Galloway Glens scheme ran from 2018 to 2023 and saw the development of many fantastic projects in the Glenkens and beyond. The Legacy Fund was set up after the close of the project and has seen £15,000 made available each year to continue to support projects from the scheme, such as heritage centres, community woodlands, citizen science events, water safety campaigns, footpath maintenance, workshops and festivals.

The final round of funding opens on Friday 16th October 2026 and closes on Monday 30th November 2026 at 5pm.

Have a look at projects funded in the earlier rounds and read how to apply here: https://glenkens.scot/galloway-glens-legacy-fund.
