Tai Chi in Dalry Town Hall

There is a new Tai Chi Class starting at the hall on Thursdays at 6.30pm until 7.30pm beginning this Thursday 28th May .

Tai Chi is a gentle slow paced Martial Art which is practiced for health, relaxation and balance .It involves slow flowing movement, controlled breathing and a focus on body awareness making it suitable for all ages and fitness level. The group follow videos/and online instruction by from international Grand Masters and Teachers.

Had a long day? Feeling stressed? Feeling hot and bothered? Come along to this informal group and meet new, or old, like-minded folk. Above all, enjoy it.
