We run a small hill farm using traditional breeds and practices. Native breeds of cattle (Galloways), sheep, goats (rare breed English), pigs and mainly native breeds of poultry (hens, ducks, geese and turkeys). Surplus veg and fruit from the garden and my brother's orchard are used to make a selection of jams, jellies, chutneys and flavoured vinegars, again using traditional, small batch methods.
