This all day well-being event welcomes the changing season through food and planting activities and well being practices - yoga, reflexology and meditation.
Lunch will be provided as well as a "Help Yourself to Health” food talk from nutritionist Lorna Wilcock exploring simple ideas for health improvement and empowering people to fix themself through food.
This event is designed for people who are absolute beginners at yoga and meditation.
