Dalry Multi-Use Games Area
A community bid is being made to bring the Dalry Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) sports pitch back to life.
A steering group of Dalry Community Properties Trust is looking to take on the MUGA near the school to re-enable the use of the facility by local groups, schools, individuals and businesses.
The MUGA has been closed for over eight years due the growth of moss and algae on the surface and its refurbishment would allow its use for a range of activities ranging from wheelchair basketball, to walking football, tennis and ebike training.
The space is really versatile, and the community are once again excited to be able make use of one of our key Glenkens assets.
