Pollinator Power!

You are invited to join a special workshop with South West Scotland Environmental Information Centre, offered as part of the Glenkens Pollinators Project, which is creating nature networks by planting over 120 fruit and nut trees in gardens and community spaces across the area.

Pollinator Power

Bees, butterflies, and other brilliant pollinators are tiny wildlife heroes! They help plants grow, flowers bloom, and fruits and veggies flourish—making our gardens, countryside, and plates more colourful and tasty. Around one in every three bites of food we eat depends on them.

Join us for a fun, family-friendly event to celebrate these amazing creatures and discover how we can all give pollinators a helping hand.

Free but with limited spaces - please book here to secure your place. We will meet in the New Galloway Community Garden - a new initiative led by LING - in New Galloway park opposite Catstrand.
