We’re excited to be kicking off our very first Junior Ranger session on Sunday 8th March, 13:00–15:30 at The Crannog, Castle Douglas.

Its going to be a great afternoon of outdoor adventure & teamwork.

So far, our plan includes:

• Simple team-building games

• Learning how to tie a bowline

• Safe fire lighting skills

• Reading the ground and basic navigation

• Gorge crossing challenge

• Silent line games (Tallest–Shortest, Oldest–Youngest)

• Hot chocolate & sausage sizzle
