Crossmichael Heritage Centre invite you to find out more about your family history and heritage. The event will be of special interest to people living in Crossmichael and District.
Speakers:
Alison Burgess, Heritage Service, Dumfries and Galloway Council. Alison will share ideas and resources on how to research your family history. She will also provide information on how to start a family tree.
John Nelson, Local Historian and Crossmichael resident. John has tales to tell of his family research from the Somme to Talavera & Edinburgh to Kew.
The evening will be hosted by Edward Hex, a man with many tales of local lore at his fingertips.
Donation to the Heritage Centre (suggested amount £2 - £4).
