A Hungarian architect and Holocaust survivor comes to America to build his career whilst haunted by what he has seen and felt. Initially struggling to get by until he is employed to redesign a library by the son of a rich America who becomes his patron. Highly nominated at the Oscars with Adrien Brody winning as Best Actor.
