As part of the Cultural Glenkens Project, this School liaison, brings to the CatStrand Stage, local school children's creative response to a workshop held in the school by Cultural Glenkens and Ros Ollin, author of the book Restoring Elspeth.
Elspeth McEwen was the last accused witch in Galloway, Ros's book explores this time through words and poetry. The children's performance is their response to learning about Elspeth and their interpretation about this time in our history.
This event was made possible with support from the National Lottery Heritage Fund, thanks to The National Lottery Players.
