The Song Cannot Be Silenced, by local author Larry Winger, writing under the nom de plume Aldon Law, is a general fiction novel of challenges, as its main characters face issues of voicelessness, loss of identity, and life choices that become intractable.
Larry is the author of a prescient science fiction trilogy that develops a world in which the Artificial Superior Intelligence has wrested control over most of humanity. An erstwhile diarist and blogge, he’s a member of local choirs and lately has contributed text for musical adventures with composer neighbour Geoff Davidson.
Interviewing Larry at this launch evening is novelist Margaret Elphinstone, who convenes the WriteOn writers group at the CatStrand. This event promises to be a scintillating foray into rarely explored territory that’s ripe for revealing new insights into the human condition. The novel will be available in paperback, eBook and audiobook formats.
