Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Members of Carsphairn Community Woodland Ltd will be held at Lagwyne Hall, Carsphairn, on Wednesday 1st October 2025 at 7pm.

All Members are cordially invited to attend.

• A Director's application form is available on request for anyone who wishes to be considered for directorship of CCW. The form needs to be signed, with 2 nominators (who must be Members), and returned to the Registered office (Smithy cottage,Chapel street,Moniaive,D&G DG34EJ) or via email: ccwmembership21@gmail.com by 26th September.

There will be a general meeting for Members following the AGM to give an update on activities since 1st April 2025.
