Galloway Food Hub features on Landward

The Galloway Food Hub welcomed the BBC Scotland's Farming and Nature programme Landward behind the scenes for their packing day in early April.

Arlene Stuart the presenter for the day had a wee chat with Food Hub coordinator Lesley and then got to work helping to sort local produce into customers boxes for their orders to be delivered later that day. A fun day was had by all and Arlene even helped out with a delivery on her way home to Carrie in New Galloway.

There is some great footage of the village of Dalry and overhead shots from the drone camera of the Glenkens Community Centre and the Ken Bridge. You can catch the TV programme on repeat on BBC iPlayer here: https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/m001yw6f/landward-2024-episode-5.
