Dalry Secondary School Engagement Survey

The roll of Dalry Secondary School has fallen to very low pupil numbers. This presents challenges in providing the curriculum entitlements of a full range of experiences and outcomes within Curriculum for Excellence for all pupils. Dumfries & Galloway Council are now seeking to engage with the associated communities of Dalry Secondary School to consider the options moving forward. They have already met with pupils and parents to share more information. They are now asking stakeholders to share their views using this engagement survey. The results of this survey will be used to inform discussions around the next steps for Dalry Secondary School.

This survey does not currently form part of any statutory consultation process in relation to potential changes impacting Dalry Secondary School but responses may be retained by Dumfries and Galloway Council for use in any statutory consultation under The Schools (Consultation) (Scotland) Act 2010 as amended.

You may wish to respond as an individual or as part of a group/organisation. This survey will be open for responses from 9am Monday 11th December 2023 until 9am Monday 8th January 2024.
