Background
In 2023, an innovative 20-year lease was signed between the Glaisters Bridge Woodland owners and the Upper Urr Environment Trust Community group. This has allowed a programme of work to take place, including paths, wildlife scrapes, tree planting and seating. This event forms part of the wider project, giving an opportunity for the local community to engage with the site through a wide variety of different angles.

This event funded thanks to support from The Glenkens & District Trust and The National Lottery Heritage Fund - forming part of the 'Woodlands Plus' project.
