1 or 2 bed house/flat wanted

Does anyone know of or can offer an ongoing home let tenancy for one person in the next few months please? I'm looking for a 1-2 bed house/flat with garden space, in Kirkcudbright, Glenkens or other rural/coastal location in D&G.

I'm a researcher and artist, and a very good reliable tenant - careful, clean, mature (60+) house-owner, with excellent references.
