Deputy Manager - Lothlorien Therapeutic Community

The Deputy Manager will work with the Manager to manage and develop Lothlorien Community and the Outreach Project.

They will ensure that Lothlorien provides effective, compassionate support to the people who use our services and that we meet all regulatory requirements. By building trusting relationships, the Deputy Manager will contribute to creating a safe and supportive environment in which residents can articulate their aspirations, recognise their strengths and find ways to move forwards with their lives.
